Flame retardant conveyor belts of textile construction 

1. Characteristics

Product features: This product is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas and polyester canvas through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes. The unique formula design enables the product to work continuously in flammable environment.
 

2, Application

Usage: it is especially used in above ground coal washing plants, power plants and non coal underground mining. The product is suitable for conveying non corrosive  and non prick block, granular and powder materials, such as coal and other bulk or finished articles, in flammable and explosive environments.

6.Product inspection control system

We have a modern large R & D and quality inspection center, and the center has six rubber material laboratories, including material test, formula test, rubber mixing test and finished product test. 126 management and technical personnel are engaged in product research and development and quality inspection. From raw materials to finished products, each production step is tested with advanced test equipment, which ensures the reliable and stable product quality.

 

7.How to transport and store conveyor belt

(1). During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, and avoid contact with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent and other substances, and be one meter away from the heating device.

(2). When the conveyor belt is stored, the warehouse temperature should be kept between 18-40 ºC and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.

(3)During the storage of the conveyor belt, the products shall be placed in coils, not folded, and the conveyor belt shall be turned over once a quarter.
