1.PVC/PVG Conveyor Belt Description
PVC type flame-retardant conveyor belt is made by impregnating the whole belt core and plasticizing to form a belt embryo, and then coating the PVC paste with the scraping method, and then re-plasticizing; or adopting the extrusion process, the whole belt core is impregnated and formed by plasticizing. With embryo, it is formed by extruding and laminating plastic covering glue. PVG-type flame-retardant conveyor belt adopts extrusion process, the whole belt core is impregnated, plasticized to form a belt embryo, and it is formed by extruding and laminating rubber cover rubber.
2.Application
PVC/PVG flame-retardant conveyor belts are used in coal mines and other flammable occasions to transport coal and chemical products, and can also be used to transport objects in non-flammable occasions. The PVC flame-retardant conveyor belt is suitable for conveying coal under the inclination angle of 16 degrees underground in coal mines. PVG-type flame-retardant conveyor belt is suitable for conveying coal underground in coal mines with an inclination angle of less than 20 degrees. PVG type large pattern flame-retardant conveyor belt is suitable for conveying coal under the inclination angle of 25 degrees underground in coal mines.

4.PVC/PVG Conveyor Belt Production Overview
We have more than 60 looms to produce solid woven belt core.And 5 PVC/PVG production lines.
According to the difference of tensile strength,PVC/PVG conveyor belt specifications is from 680S to 2500S,it include 800s/1000s/1250s/1400s/1600s/1800s/2000s/2240s.
Usually,our conveyor Belt Width is 650mm-1600mm.100-300Meters/Roll.
5.R & D quality inspection
The company has a quality inspection center with an area of 1,200 square meters and has established six rubber material laboratories, including material testing, formulation testing, compounding rubber testing and finished product testing.
From raw materials to finished products, every process is strictly controlled to ensure the production of high-quality conveyor belt products.
