STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELT 
 

Structure:

High strength steel wire mesh, nylon mesh, aramid mesh or low elongation galvanized steel wire rope are selected as tensile body. Transverse reinforcement is added top or bottom of the longitudinal steel wire rope as anti tearing layer, which is composed of high strength, wear-resistant and aging resistant covering rubber. When the conveyor belt is punctured by sharp objects and torn during operation, it can prevent the tear from expanding.
